I can't describe how much I love my new buttons.  Retro Roxy's Buttons and Things is the perfect place to fill up your button collection. There's something sweet wondering if each button has a special story behind it. I'll never know, but I can't wait to start making stories of my own. If you need a good variety of jars, The Container Store is one of my favorite places to look!
My sweet Mema would be so proud.

If running shoes could be hot, these are it! I absolutely love and need these. I am constantly going back and forth between New Balances and Asics. I love them both, but I think this time around I'm gonna have to go with these. I know this sounds ridiculous, but these go with everything! Plus! These sucker's are on sale at GNC! One thing's for sure, my feet sure will be happy.

I have to admit, I was not blessed in the "do your hair department". It's quite sad, actually. I keep telling myself that I need to be more girly by doing my hair... but I can't. My hands will not allow it. It's as if the instant they go behind my head they turn off. I should look it up to see if this is a common condition. Luckily, I was introduced to this flat iron. I'm not one to stop at those mall kiosks, but my mom had to activate her credit card, and we just so happened to be sitting right next to this one. I can't explain how awkward/guilty I feel when I say no to those salesmen. Since I never do my hair, I was like why not? Who doesn't want a free hair-do? This thing is amazing. It's almost embarrassing to admit, but I wanted it so bad. It curls and straightens your hair. Doesn't even burn a cotton pad at it's highest temperature so clearly it won't burn your hair! I wish I could drop $200 on a fancy straightener like this, but I have bills to pay, you know what I mean? Good thing Amazon is selling them for $50... but being a girl like me, I'll keep dreamin'. Sometimes I wish I wasn't such a penny pincher...
